the frame/fork is from ~1985 and spent it's life splitting time between a shop-window and store-room, it was built-up (with proper Super Record) but never ridden and had it's fair share of shop wear. before i could build it properly, i cleaned up the original paint and decals (super-fragile as most bikes of italian origin back then), touched up the worst of the nicks/scratches w/ fingernail polish (great touch-up paint to match odd-ball colors), and then clear-coated everything in place. now that this beauty is ready to rock, i'm just waiting on some snow to melt...
