as much as it saddens me, i've decided to part with my treasured seiko/yao type-2.  this watch is setup with the full bill yao/mkii treatment plus some extras you wont find anywhere else:

<li>start with the robust and proven seiko skx007 diver, stainless steel case, screw-down crown, 200m WR rating
<li>up-market 7S36 <b>23-jewel</b> automatic movt (these normally feature the normal 21-jewel variant)
<li>bill yao's type-2 dial and hand-set
<li>bill yao's aluminum chapter ring
<li>bill yao's domed sapphire crystal
<li>bill yao's high-end anodized/engraved bezel insert
<li>two (2) 22mm G10/NATO straps...these are the good ones - thick material, heavy hardware, welded joints
<li>diving strap...the good seiko Z22 strap - soft and supple rubber

i've had it about a year and wore it regularly in my rotation, so it's not a "safe queen" - watch is in great condition and keeps fantastic time.  if has moderate scuffing on the sides of the case, but no gouges or scratches or dents.  dial/crystal/bezel are perfect.
<p>to re-create this setup from scratch, including all the extras, would cost you upwards of $500.  <b>i'm asking $350 shipped in CONUS.</b>  paypal OK.  <b>will also trade for a ray/type-2 hommage + cash.</b>  flawless MWR/SCF/TZ/EOT/WN/WUS/ebay/etc references furnished on request.
