SOLD: NM JeanRichard Bressel Unitas...a classy 43mm handwound!

on offer is a NM condition (conservatively rated, i might add) Daniel JeanRichard Bressel. it's a truly classy hand-wound watch, featuring the proven hand-wound Unitas 6497 movement. but this aint no ordinary 6497...take a look at the movement under the display back, and you'll see that the plates have been reconfigured to mimic a classic pocket watch from the golden-years, with individual cocks for each wheel in the going-train. the movement also features high-grade finishing: geneva waves, beveled gears, blued-screws...it also has the classically-styled premium screwed-balance...you definitely dont run across this sort of serious re-work and finishing at this modest price-point!

the stainless-steel case is highly finished with nary a scratch to be found. diameter is 43mm, so this is a definite statement-piece. the dial is super-legible and has tremendous lume power. the lightly domed xtal lends that perfect antique look and of course doesnt have a scratch on it. the display back is also perfect.

watch comes fitted with a honey-brown rios croc-grain leather strap as pictured. it will also come with the original DJR signed black leather strap and DJR signed deployant clasp. everything comes in the original DJR box-set with instruction booklet and hang-tag.

enough words...check out the high-res pics for yourself. MSRP for this piece is well over $2,000, but i'm asking $645 shipped in CONUS! paypal OK. tons of flawless references furnished on request.
